Walking Directions (Starting from Au Bon Pain – the corner of York and Broadway)

  1. Cross Broadway towards TYCO. Taking a right, walk up Elm Street (against the traffic).
  2. Continue on Elm and cross Park Street (Christ Church should is across the street on your right)
  3. Turn onto Lynwood (the next left – Bank of America is across the street)
  4. Rivendell is the 2nd to last building on the right (#16)

Parking

The Institute has a parking lot with limited spots and parking on Lynwood Place is now by zoned permit only. There is free two hour parking on Howe St. and meter parking along Elm Street, which is free after 7 pm.  Both Howe and Elm Street parking is only one block from the Institute.
